CAKE:
- 16 or 18 oz box duncan hines white cake mix, dry
- 1 1/2 c sprite , room temperature- diet or regular(12 oz. can all of it)
- 1 pkg cotton candy duncan hines frosting creations
FROSTING:
- 18 oz can duncan hines starter frosting
- 1 pkg cotton candy duncan hines frosting creations
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Then, prepare your baking pans. You can use a 9x13-inch pan or two 8-inch round cake pans, or if you're making cupcakes, line a tin with 18 paper liners.
In a large mixer bowl, mix the cake mix with the cotton candy flavoring until it's well blended. Gradually pour in the Sprite, being careful as it may bubble slightly. Continue to mix on medium until everything is thoroughly combined. It's worth noting that you can create this cake or cupcakes using just the dry cake mix and Sprite – no additional ingredients required.
