- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Wet
- ½ cup (4 oz / 115 g) butter, softened
- ¼ cup (2 oz / 57 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- ⅔ cup (4 oz / 115 g) dark brown sugar
- ½ cup (4 oz / 115 g) granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix
- 1 ½ cups (9 oz / 255 g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Combine the Dry Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
