- Greek yogurt - ¼ cup
- Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
- Butter, melted - ⅓ cup
- Almond paste - ½ cup
- Amaretto - 1 tablespoon
- Espresso - 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose white flour - 1 cup
- Ground coffee - 1 teaspoon
To get started, preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Blend eggs, yogurt, sugar, butter, almond paste, amaretto, and espresso until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Begin by transferring the preparation to a bowl, and then proceed to mix in the flour and ground coffee with a vigorous motion.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch glass baking dish and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once completely cool, slice into 16 pieces for the perfect serving.
