Ingredients
  

  • Greek yogurt -  ¼ cup
  • Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
  • Butter, melted - ⅓ cup
  • Almond paste - ½ cup
  • Amaretto - 1 tablespoon
  • Espresso - 1 tablespoon
  • All-purpose white flour - 1 cup
  • Ground coffee  - 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • To get started, preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Blend eggs, yogurt, sugar, butter, almond paste, amaretto, and espresso until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is achieved.
  • Begin by transferring the preparation to a bowl, and then proceed to mix in the flour and ground coffee with a vigorous motion.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch glass baking dish and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Once completely cool, slice into 16 pieces for the perfect serving.
