Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, coconut, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, and salt.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
