Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sour cream together using an electric mixer until well combined.
Gradually add sugar and beat until light.Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the flour and baking powder, then fold in coconut flakes and white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
