Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter and sour cream together using an electric mixer until well combined.
  • Gradually add sugar and beat until light.Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Mix in the flour and baking powder, then fold in coconut flakes and white chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
