- 125 g of softened butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 100 g flour
- 300 g ground almonds
- 4 pic whole eggs: yolks separated from the whites beaten until stiff
Mix sugar and butter. Beat well after each addition of the egg yolks.
Add the flour and the ground almonds, stir well, and beat the mixture until a ribbon-like consistency forms.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a lined or buttered cake mould, cook for 45 minutes in a low oven. 6
