  • 3 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Pic eggs
  • ½ Cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ Cup sugar
  • 1 ½ Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • Whipped heavy cream, fresh blueberries, banana slices, for serving

Instructions
 

  • To prepare this delectable banana cake, begin by preheating your oven to 375F. Grab a 9-inch spring form pan and line it with baking paper, and make sure to grease the sides to prevent sticking.
  • Next, take some ripe bananas and place them in a bowl, using a fork to mash them until they're nice and smooth. Add in the eggs, oil, and sugar, and give it all a good whisk until everything is nicely combined and the mixture is smooth.
  • Grab a sifter and add in the flour and baking powder, giving it a sift to remove any lumps. Add this to the wet mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated and you're left with a nice, smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared spring form pan and pop it into the preheated oven. Bake for around 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once it's done, remove it from the oven and let it cool before removing it from the spring form pan.
  • When you're ready to serve, slice the cake into portions and add a dollop of whipped cream on top, along with some fresh blueberries and banana slices. Enjoy this delicious banana cake with friends and family!
