Ingredients
  

  • 1/2  cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2  cups all- purpose flour
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one by one, then stir in vanilla.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Start and finish with the flour mixture.
  • Gently fold in cream cheese cubes and blueberries, then transfer the batter to the prepared dish.
  • Combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle them over the batter.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes.
